Why is it so easy for these kids to say strawberry than bag, pen, book, ball or hat???
Have been using flashcards with the new arrivals to teach them some new words. I picked up a pack while I was in PP that have colors, shapes, and things you would apparently find when starting school, like paints, pen, bag, book, polar bear, koala bear, and strawberry. It's actually a random group of words, but for some reason it is easy for all of them to remember strawberry which I find funny as there really isn't many strawberries in Cambodia!
Oh well at least they can come to England and enjoy some Strawberries and Cream in the summer!!
